PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict submergence in an underpass.SOLUTION: A monitoring device 10 set near an underpass calculates the amount of water entering the underpass and the amount of water outflowing from the underpass, and sends the amounts to a management center 20. The management center 20 predicts the possibility of submergence generation in the underpass, using the amounts of entering and outflowing water and meteorological information received from the monitoring device 10. It thus becomes possible to predict submergence in the underpass in advance and take early measures against the submergence.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】アンダーパスにおける冠水を予測すること。【解決手段】アンダーパスの近傍に設けた監視装置10がアンダーパスに流入する流入水量とアンダーパスから流出する流出水量とを算定し、管理センタ20に送信する。管理センタ20は、監視装置10から受信した流入水量、流出水量及び気象情報を用いてアンダーパスに冠水が発生する可能性を予測する。このため、アンダーパスにおける冠水を事前に予測することができ、冠水への対策を早期に開始することができる。【選択図】図1
