The invention discloses a method for measuring the swinging angle of a double-lifting tool bridge crane. The method comprises the following steps: a swinging angle measuring device is initially set; when a trolley mechanism of the double-lifting tool bridge crane receives an operation instruction, the bridge crane starts to operate, lifting tools drive lifting ropes to move, and light swing frames of measuring units are driven to swing through the swinging of the lifting ropes, so that a resistance-type liquid level sensor is driven to rotate to generate voltage values of corresponding angles; signal processing modules receive voltage values sent by correspondingly signal acquisition modules, process the voltage values, and transmit the processing results to a data calculation processing module; the data calculation processing module figures out the swing angle information corresponding to the voltage values according to the voltage values. The invention further discloses a device for measuring the swinging angle of the double-lifting tool bridge crane. The device provided by the invention is simple in structure, lower in cost, high in measuring efficiency, high in accuracy, good in anti-interference capability, and less in influence from weather and surroundings.
