The invention discloses a bridge crane lifting rope swing angle measuring device and a use method. The bridge crane lifting rope swing angle measuring device comprises a closed box disposed at the end, close to a lifting appliance, of a trolley and used for accommodating gas with preset mass, a light rod, an air pressure detection unit and an information processing unit; the first end of the light rod is connected with a lifting rope, the second end of the light rod is connected with the closed box, and the light rod is used for pushing and pulling the closed box when the lifting rope swings so as to change the size of the closed box; the air pressure detection unit is arranged in the closed box and is used for detecting the air pressure corresponding to the volume of the closed box; and the information processing unit is connected with the air pressure detection unit and is used for obtaining the swing angle of the lifting rope according to the air pressure corresponding to the volume of the closed box. According to the bridge crane lifting rope swing angle measuring device, the swing angle of the lifting rope can be measured by using the principle that the volume of the closed box is deformed when the lifting rope swings and the gas pressure in the closed box is changed, so that an operator can conveniently control the bridge crane, and the loading and unloading efficiency of a load is improved.

    本发明公开了一种桥吊吊绳摆角测量装置及使用方法,所述摆角测量装置包括:密闭箱,设置于所述小车靠近所述吊具的一端,用于容纳预设质量的气体;轻质杆,其第一端与所述吊绳连接,第二端与所述密闭箱连接,用于在所述吊绳摆动时推拉所述密闭箱,以改变所述密闭箱的体积;气压检测单元,设置于所述密闭箱内,用于检测与所述密闭箱的体积对应的气体压强;以及信息处理单元,与所述气压检测单元进行连接,用于根据与所述密闭箱的体积对应的气体压强得到所述吊绳的摆角。本发明可以利用吊绳摆动时密闭箱发生体积形变而使其内部的气体压强随之变化的原理实现对吊绳的摆角的测量,从而便于操作人员对桥吊进行控制,提高负载的装卸效率。
