The invention discloses a convex-lens-based double-lifting double-sling bridge crane swing angle detection device and method. The swing angle detection device is applied to a double-sling bridge crane. The double-sling bridge crane comprises a cart support, a driving device, a trolley, a pair of motors, a pair of slings and a pair of swing angle detection devices, wherein each sling is connected with the corresponding motor through a lifting rope; each swing angle detection device comprises a pair of light rods, a pair of iron rods, a pair of annular assemblies, a pair of connecting pieces, a pair of convex lenses, a pair of photoresistor detection circuits and a signal processing device; a plurality of light source generators are installed in each annular assembly; each annular assembly swings, so that laser emitted by the light source generators penetrates through the annular assemblies, is converged through the corresponding convex lenses and irradiates the corresponding photoresistor detection circuits; and the photoresistor detection circuits are used for converting received optical signals into electric signals and transmitting the electric signals to the signal processing device for processing, so that the swing angles of the corresponding lifting ropes are obtained.

    本发明公开了一种基于凸透镜下的双起升双吊具桥吊摆角检测装置及方法,该摆角检测装置应用于双吊具桥吊上,该双吊具桥吊包括:大车支架;驱动装置;小车;一对电机;一对吊具,每一吊具分别通过吊绳与对应的电机连接;一对摆角检测装置,每一摆角检测装置包括:一对轻质杆、一对铁杆、一对环形组件、一对连接件、一对凸透镜、一对光敏电阻检测电路和一信号处理装置,每一环形组件内部安装有若干个光源发生器,每一环形组件摆动,使得若干个光源发生器发出的激光穿过环形组件并通过对应的凸透镜汇聚并照射在对应的光敏电阻检测电路上,光敏电阻检测电路用于将接收到的光信号转换为电信号并传输给信号处理装置处理,得到相应吊绳的摆动角度。
