The invention discloses a hybrid power automobile, a vacuum boosting system and a control method of the vacuum boosting system. The vacuum boosting system comprises a vacuum tank, a first vacuum generating device, a low-voltage storage battery, a second vacuum generating device, a vacuum pressure sensor and a vehicle control unit. The first vacuum generating device generates first vacuum according to the negative pressure generated by an air inlet manifold of an engine. The second vacuum generating device is supplied with power by the low-voltage storage battery to generate second vacuum. The vacuum pressure sensor is used for detecting the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank. The vehicle control unit receives the opening degree signal of a throttle valve and the rotating speed signal of the engine through a CAN bus, judges the vacuum generating capacity of the engine according to the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank, the opening degree signal of the throttle valve and the rotating speed signal of the engine, and controls the second vacuum generating device according to the vacuum generating capacity of the engine. The double vacuum generating devices are adopted in the vacuum boosting system, so that the traveling safety of the hybrid power automobile is improved, fuel consumption is also lowered to a certain extent, and the emission performance of the automobile is improved.
