The invention discloses an automobile vacuum boosting system and a method thereof. A single-chip microcomputer circuit is connected with a power supply voltage detection module, an atmospheric pressure sensor, a vacuum pressure sensor, a CAN signal transceiver module and an alarm signal module. The single-chip microcomputer circuit is connected with a vacuum tank body through a vacuum pump, the vacuum tank body is connected with a vacuum booster, the vacuum pump is connected with the single-chip microcomputer circuit through a current monitoring module, and the vacuum tank body is connected with the vacuum pressure sensor. Power-on self-test is carried out, and if a fault occurs, an alarm is given; an external atmospheric pressure value is outputted, and a normal working mode or a plateauworking mode is selected for entrance; the voltage, current, sensor and pressure value parameters are monitored in real time, if a fault occurs, an alarm is given, and otherwise, circulation work is conducted. The atmospheric pressure sensor and the vacuum pressure sensor are integrated, the power supply voltage and the vacuum pump current are monitored at the same time, and the vacuum pump is controlled to work or stop through a control strategy programmed by the single-chip microcomputer.

    本发明公开了一种汽车真空助力系统及其方法,单片机电路连接有供电电压检测模块、大气压力传感器、真空压力传感器、CAN信号收发模块、报警信号模块,单片机电路通过真空泵与真空罐体相连接,真空罐体连接有真空助力器,真空泵通过电流监测模块与单片机电路相连接,真空罐体与真空压力传感器相连接。上电自检,如果出现故障则报警;输出外界大气压力值,选择进入正常工作模式或者高原工作模式;电压、电流、传感器、压力值参数实时监控,如果出现故障则报警,否则循环工作。本发明集成了大气压力传感器和真空压力传感器,同时监测供电电压和真空泵电流,通过单片机编程好的控制策略控制真空泵工作或停止。
