The invention relates to an electronic vehicle power-assisted steering device which comprises a lower rotating shaft connected with a lower ring rotor of a torsion sensor in a clamping way, an upper rotating shaft assembly arranged on the top end of the lower rotating shaft, a pre-twisting assembly arranged on the upper rotating shaft assembly, and a torsion bar, wherein the two ends of the torsion bar are respectively connected with an upper rotating shaft and the lower rotating shaft; the upper rotating shaft assembly is provided with a plurality of first adjusting parts on the upper rotating shaft; the upper rotating shaft assembly is also provided with a first adjustment part and a second adjustment part which are matched with each other on an angle sensing part of an upper ring rotor connected with the torsion sensor in a clamping way; the pre-twisting assembly is arranged, so that a handle is stably held, any action of the electronic vehicle power-assisted steering device can be avoided, and the angle sensing part is further enabled to be assembled on the upper rotating shaft in an adjustable way; during assembly, the torsion sensor is kept in a zero state, and the assembly position between the angle sensing part and the upper rotating shaft is adjusted, so that the angle sensing part is more easily assembled with the torsion sensor which is in the zero state, and the signal read accuracy of the torsion sensor can be improved.
