The electromagnetic power assisting piece is arranged on the outer side of the output shaft in a sleeving mode; the controller is connected with the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor, receives pressure signals of the first pressure sensor and the second pressure sensor and controls the electromagnetic power assisting piece. According to the embodiment provided by the invention, the control direction and the rotation angle of the input shaft are determined by using the change of the pressure data generated when the moving part extrudes the first pressure sensor or the second pressure sensor, so that the torque measurement accuracy is improved.
