The invention provides a method, a device and a system for constructing a dynamic air route of an unmanned aircraft system. The method includes the steps of constructing a static air route library on an unmanned aircraft, wherein the static air route library includes multiple preset air routes; linking the unmanned aircraft system with the static air route library via a link table to enable the unmanned aircraft to be capable of selecting the preset air routes and switching among the multiple air routes; acquiring data of a current dynamic air route of the unmanned aircraft, and determining the preset air route of the unmanned aircraft in current state; judging unmanned aircraft system states, wherein the unmanned aircraft system states include a normal state and an abnormal state; when the unmanned aircraft system stays in the normal state, continuing the current preset air route; when the unmanned aircraft system stays in the abnormal state, switching the unmanned aircraft from the current preset air route to a preset air route fit for the current system state. The method, the device and the system for constructing the dynamic air route of the unmanned aircraft system have the advantages that the unmanned aircraft is enabled to execute reserved tasks autonomously and dispose emergencies autonomously under a majority of fault conditions, so that in case of fault, the unmanned aircraft is capable of selecting a solution autonomously.
