The invention discloses a double front axle commercial vehicle toe-in and camber angle matching method. The double front axle commercial vehicle toe-in and camber angle matching method is characterized in that geometrical relationship of a first axle wheel camber angle and a second axle wheel camber angle is established according to the conditions that the rolling cone radius generated by camber of a first axle wheel is equal to a rolling radium of a first axle wheel, and the rolling cone radius generated by camber of a second axle wheel is equal to a rolling radium of a second axle wheel; to meet non-sideslipping rolling of wheels, the relation between a toe-in and the camber angle of the first axle wheel and the relation between a toe-in and the camber angle of the second axle wheel are established respectively through meeting the condition that a tire grounding mark generated by wheel camber is equal to the tire grounding mark generated by the wheel toe-in and equal to a tire actual grounding mark; the first axle wheel camber angle is given to calculate the matched first wheel toe-in, the second wheel toe-in and the second wheel camber angle. The double front axle commercial vehicle toe-in and camber angle matching method obtains a theoretical analysis value with high precision in a simple and effective mode, and the theoretical analysis value is used for guiding the designing and the adjustment of the double front axle vehicle toe-in and camber angles.
