The invention particularly relates to an all-terrain vehicle front suspension with an adjustable camber angle. The front suspension structure comprises an upper swing arm, a stand column, an angular contact ball bearing, a hub, a lower swing arm and a shock absorber. The length of the upper swing arm can be adjusted through threaded connection of the first rod end knuckle bearing and the first welding sleeve, the length of the lower swing arm can be adjusted through threaded connection of the second rod end knuckle bearing and the second welding sleeve, and therefore the camber angle of the wheel can be adjusted. Camber angle deviation caused by manufacturing errors of a vehicle body and a suspension, plastic deformation of a mounting point and the like is prevented, and the abnormal abrasion phenomenon of wheels is reduced.

    本发明具体涉及一种车轮外倾角可调的全地形车前悬架。所述的前悬架结构包括上摆臂、立柱、角接触球轴承、轮毂、下摆臂和减震器;上摆臂可通过第一杆端关节轴承与第一焊接套的螺纹连接调节其长度,下摆臂可通过第二杆端关节轴承与第二焊接套的螺纹连接来调节其长度,从而能够调节车轮的外倾角,防止由于车身和悬架的制造误差以及安装点的塑性变形等导致的外倾角偏差,减少车轮的异常磨损现象。
