The invention discloses a double front axle commercial vehicle kingpin caster angle and kingpin inclination angle matching method. The double front axle commercial vehicle kingpin caster angle and kingpin inclination angle matching method is characterized in that active aligning torques and negative aligning drag torques of a first axle and a second axle are established, and according to the phase equilibrium of the active aligning torques and the negative aligning drag torques of the first axle and the second axle in a steering process, the relation of a residue steering angle related to a first axle kingpin inclination angle, a first axle kingpin caster angle, a second axle kingpin inclination angle and a second axle kingpin caster angle is established to obtain the relation of a residue yaw velocity related to the first axle kingpin inclination angle, the first axle kingpin caster angle, the second axle kingpin inclination angle and the second axle kingpin caster angle; the first axle kingpin inclination angle, the first axle kingpin caster angle, the second axle kingpin inclination angle and the second axle kingpin caster angle are taken as design variables, a proper change interval is selected, an optimization target is set, and a complex method is applied to looking for an optimal solution to constrain an optimization problem. The double front axle commercial vehicle kingpin caster angle and kingpin inclination angle matching method is simple, rapid and high in precision, and the designing and the adjustment of the double front axle commercial vehicle kingpin caster angles and main kingpin inclination angles can be effectively guided.
