The invention belongs to the automatic control technology, and relates to a helicopter rotor rotating speed alarm device. The helicopter rotor rotating speed alarm device is characterized by comprising a signal conditioning module (1), a reshaping module (2), an amplitude sampling module (3), a frequency measuring module (4), an output driving module (5), an MCU management and configuration module (6) and an AGC circuit (7). When the rotating speed of a rotor is low, namely, the signal to noise ratio is low, the helicopter rotor rotating speed alarm device still has high accuracy. A rotor maximum or minimum rotating speed alarm can be stably output at the judgment point.
