The invention relates to a torque control method for eliminating jitter caused in gaps of a car transmission system. The torque control method comprises the following steps: A, filtering a torque requested by a driver by a first filter coefficient; B, judging whether the torque requested by the driver and the filtered torque requested by the driver are reverse in direction or not; if reverse, determining that a first boundary value and a second boundary value of a torque region that causes the jitter, otherwise, continuously performing the judgment; C, judging whether the filtered torque requested by the driver is within a range between the first boundary value and the second boundary value, if the filtered torque requested by the driver is within the range, filtering the filtered torque requested by the driver by a second filter coefficient, otherwise, filtering the filtered torque requested by the driver by the first filter coefficient, and continuously performing the judgment in the step B. The torque control method has the advantages that when the transmission torque direction is changed, a problem that the whole car is caused to be jittered due to impact easily caused in a novel engaged tooth surface contact process can be effectively solved.
