The invention relates to the technical field of automobile control, in particular to a control system and a control method capable of eliminating brake shake. Comprising a standard pressure acquisition module used for acquiring a standard brake pressure fluctuation range; the brake jitter threshold acquisition module is used for acquiring a jitter threshold in a critical state of brake jitter of the test vehicle; the signal acquisition module is used for acquiring real-time brake pressure and steering wheel and pedal operation signals when the vehicle runs; the judgment module is used for judging whether the vehicle has brake jitter; and the control module is used for adjusting the vehicle brake pressure fluctuation range when the vehicle has brake jitter so as to eliminate the brake jitter. The control system can accurately judge whether the vehicle has brake jitter or not, the brake jitter can be eliminated by adjusting the brake pressure when the brake jitter occurs, the whole control method is extremely simple, the brake jitter of the vehicle can be eliminated without disassembling a brake disc, and the use and transformation cost is extremely low.

    本发明涉及汽车控制技术领域,具体地指一种可消除制动抖动的控制系统和控制方法。包括,标准压力获取模块,用于获取标准制动压力波动范围;制动抖动阈值获取模块,用于获取当试验车发生制动抖动的临界状态下的抖动阈值;信号采集模块,用于采集车辆行驶时的实时制动压力以及方向盘、踏板运行信号;判断模块,用于判断车辆是否出现制动抖动;以及控制模块,用于在车辆出现制动抖动时对车辆制动压力波动范围进行调节以此消除制动抖动。本发明的控制系统能够准确的判断车辆是否出现制动抖动,能够在出现制动抖动时通过调节制动压力消除制动抖动,整个控制方法极为简单,无需拆卸制动盘即可消除车辆的制动抖动,使用和改造的成本极为低廉。
