The invention discloses a jitter suppression method capable of reducing torque loss. The jitter suppression method comprises the following steps: acquiring a real-time rotating speed of a motor basedon a phase-locked loop; determining a jitter frequency interval in the running process of the vehicle without any jitter suppression; acquiring the real-time jitter frequency of the rotating speed ofthe motor through a stationary point calculation method; designing a PR proportional resonance filter, and obtaining the rotating speed jitter amount of the motor through the PR proportional resonancefilter; compensating the request torque sent by a VCU to obtain an output torque; judging whether the request torque meets the condition of quitting the jitter suppression control or not, if so, adjusting the output torque through a torque closed loop, quitting the jitter suppression control and the torque closed loop after adjustment is completed, controlling the motor to operate according to the adjusted output torque, and otherwise, controlling the motor to operate according to the output torque. The jitter suppression method disclosed by the invention can control quitting of jitter suppression, so that jitter suppression does not intervene in the running process of the automobile in the whole process, and thus the torque loss is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种能降低扭矩损失的抑抖方法,包括下列步骤:基于锁相环获取电机实时转速;确定不作任何抑抖的车辆运行过程中的抖动频率区间;通过驻点计算的方法获取电机转速实时抖动频率;设计PR比例谐振滤波器,通过PR比例谐振滤波器获取电机转速抖动量;对VCU发送的请求扭矩进行补偿,得到输出扭矩;判断所述的请求扭矩是否满足退出抑抖控制的条件,若是,则通过扭矩闭环对所述的输出扭矩进行调节进行,调节完成后,退出抑抖控制和扭矩闭环,控制电机按照调节后的输出扭矩运行,反之则控制电机按照输出扭矩运行。本发明公开的抑抖方法能够控制抑抖的退出,使抑抖不会全程介入汽车的运行过程,由此降低扭矩的损失。
