Provided is a charge port structure which keeps unauthorized manual operations from releasing the lock of a port lid lock mechanism and which has improved anti-theft properties. This charge port structure is provided with: a port lid lock mechanism (65) which maintains the closed state of a port lid (63) which openably and closably covers a port housing (61) having a built-in charging port (62); a hood lock mechanism (13) which maintains the closed state of a front hood (12) which openably and closably covers a room opening (12a) provided in an outer panel (1a) and which is unlocked by an operation from inside of the vehicle cabin space (R); an electric lock release mechanism (66) which releases the lock of the port lid lock mechanism (65) by means of an electric actuator (66a); and an access opening (67) which makes enables releasing the lock of the port lid lock mechanism (65) by a manual operation from the room opening (12a).
