The invention discloses a manual unlocking and resetting structure for a safety pedal of a rail transportation platform. The manual unlocking and resetting structure comprises a switch, an unlocking rod and an unlocking transfer rod; a resetting fulcrum is arranged on a sliding frame; the unlocking rod and the unlocking transfer rod are respectively and rotationally connected to a fixed frame base; the switch is fixed on the fixed frame base; a rotating position of the unlocking transfer rod is detected; the signal output end of the switch is connected with the controller; when the unlocking rod rotates by a first deviation angle, the unlocking transfer rod is pushed to touch the switch and the sliding frame is withdrawn by a controller; when the unlocking rod rotates by a fifth deviation angle, the unlocking rod is in contact with the resetting fulcrum of the sliding frame and the sliding frame is withdrawn. By the manual unlocking and resetting structure, even under the sudden emergency condition, for example, the platform is powered off and the pedal cannot be withdrawn, or individual pedals suddenly go wrong and cannot be withdrawn and the like, the pedal also can be withdrawn timely by manual intervention so as to avoid all the possibilities of causing damage to the rail transportation trains or generating harmful effects on operation of the train to the greatest extent.
