The invention discloses a vehicular electricity-assisted brake device comprising a pedal, a torque sensor, a controller, an electric component and a brake pump. The pedal is used for inputting braking force. The torque sensor is used for detecting torque of the pedal. The controller is used for receiving a torque signal and outputting a control signal. The electric component is used for receiving the control signal and outputting kinetic energy. The brake pump is used for receiving the kinetic energy and outputting hydraulic pressure for braking. One end of the pedal is hinged to the inside of a vehicle; the torque sensor is arranged at the input end of the electric component; the torque sensor and the electric component are both electrically connected with the controller; the output end of the electric component is in drive connection with a link of the brake pump. The vehicular electricity-assisted brake device has the advantages that the torque sensor, the controller and the electric component replace a vacuum assist system of the traditional fuel vehicle, kinetic energy can be directly converted into mechanical energy, engine load is lowered, and fuel consumption is lowered; no vacuum pump is required by electric vehicles, the problem of oil leakage of a vacuum pump is avoided, energy is saved, and environment is protected.
