The invention relates to the technical field of suspending and decoupling of traction motors and discloses a transverse decoupling elastic frame suspending mechanism for a traction motor of a high-speed bogie. A frame beam of the transverse decoupling elastic frame suspending mechanism is parallel to the axis of the traction motor and provided with four first installing bases. Four second installing bases are arranged on the traction motor. Decoupling assemblies are installed on the first installing bases and the second installing bases. Each decoupling assembly comprises two decoupling bodies arranged in parallel. Spherical hinge joints with central spindles are arranged in round holes in the four corner ends of each decoupling body. The decoupling assemblies are located between the frame beam and the traction motor. The central spindles of the four spherical hinge joints of one side are fixedly connected with the four first installing bases and the four second installing bases of the same side. An elastic pre-tightening anti-diamond device is arranged between every two decoupling bodies. As transverse decoupling of the traction motor and a frame is achieved, the traction motor can be elastically and firmly combined with the frame in the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction, and the traction motor is separated from the frame in the transverse direction.
