The invention relates to an ultra high speed test CRH train bogie and belongs to the field of railway vehicle bogie devices with elastic deformation buffering capacity, and the problem that stress is easy to concentrate when the diameter of a horizontal beam changes and a lap joint is welded can be solved in the manner that an old structure of lap joint and group welding of a side beam and a horizontal beam of an H-shaped rigid welding frame is replaced with a horizontal and longitudinal beam integrated type tray frame. By the aid of a new assembly manner of second auxiliary pillow springs, side beams, side beam installation bases and the horizontal and longitudinal beam integrated type tray frame in an assembly relationship sequentially, and the total number of welding seams can be effectively cut down, so that the production efficiency is improved and the strict requirement for welding seam quality can be moderately reduced while the structural strength is guaranteed, and the yield is increased accordingly. A wing-shaped elastic support arm of an elastic frame can have a damping effect by own elastic deformation, a part of original additional frame elastic components can be replaced and cut down by the aid of matching usage of the wing-shaped elastic support arm and the second auxiliary pillow springs, and a foundation is further laid for reducing frame dimension and frame weight.
