The invention relates to the technical field of traction motor suspension decoupling, and discloses a high-speed bogie traction motor transverse decoupling elastic suspension mechanism based on spring plates. The mechanism comprises a framework cross beam and a traction motor, four first mounting bosses are arranged on the framework cross beam, four second mounting bosses are arranged on the traction motor, four first mounting seats and second mounting seats are arranged in a matrix mode, a decoupling assembly is arranged on the first mounting bosses and the second mounting bosses, and comprises two sets of parallel decoupling devices, each set of decoupling device comprises two spring plates, elastic pins are arranged at the four corners of the two spring plates of each set of decoupling device respectively, and the two sets of decoupling devices are arranged on the first mounting bosses and the second mounting bosses of the framework cross beam and the traction motor through the elastic pins. Transverse decoupling of the traction motor and the framework is achieved, a traction motor body and the framework are elastically and fixedly connected together in the longitudinal direction and vertical direction, and the traction motor and the framework are separated in the transverse direction.
