The invention relates to a novel port ship locking device capable of being encrypted. The novel port ship locking device mainly comprises a fixing base, a hard support rack, a soft support rack, a rotary handle, a rope hanging plate, a large rope, a small rope, a vertical support rack, a rotary wheel, a fixing screw, a support body, a sensor, an AVR single-chip microcomputer, a ZigBee module and a dial switch, wherein the hard support rack is connected with the rotary wheel through the small rope, so that the angles of the hard support rack can be adjusted by rotating the rotary wheel; the head end of the hard support rack is connected with the fixing base, the tail end of the hard support rack is fixedly connected with the head end of the soft support rack, the rope hanging plate is located at the tail end of the soft support rack, the tail end of the large rope is connected with the rope hanging plate, so that workers on a ship can lock the ship with the large rope conveniently. By the novel port ship locking device which is simple to operate, easy to popularize and capable of achieving automatic detecting and control, the ship can be locked conveniently after entering a port, and labor and time can be saved.
