The invention relates to a singlechip-microcomputer-based novel port ship locking device. The singlechip-microcomputer-based novel port ship locking device mainly comprises a fixing base, a hard supporting frame, a soft supporting frame, a rotary handle, a rope hanging plate, a large rope, a small rope, a vertical supporting frame, a rotary wheel, a fixing screw, a supporting body, a sensor, an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) singlechip microcomputer and a ZigBee module, wherein the hard supporting frame is connected with the rotary wheel through the small rope, so that the angle of the hard supporting frame can be regulated by rotating the rotary wheel; the head end of the hard supporting frame is connected with the fixing base, and the tail end of the hard supporting frame is fixedly connected with the head end of the soft supporting frame; the rope hanging plate is arranged at the rearmost end of the soft supporting frame; the tail end of the large rope is connected with the rope hanging plate, so that staff on a ship can conveniently lock the large rope and the ship together. According to the singlechip-microcomputer-based novel port ship locking device, the ship can be conveniently locked after arriving at a port, so that both labor and time can be saved. The singlechip-microcomputer-based novel port ship locking device is simple to operate and easy to popularize, and can be automatically detected and controlled.
