The invention provides a ship lifesaving device capable of being automatically released. The ship lifesaving device is technically characterized by comprising a lifeboat, a supporting frame and a boarding ladder. The lifeboat is a totally-closed lifeboat. The lifeboat comprises an upper cabin and a lower cabin. Sliding plates which are outwards overturned are arranged on the positions, connected with the upper cabin, of the lower cabin, the sliding plates and the lower cabin are integrally formed, a rear door and two side doors are arranged on the upper cabin, the rear door is a split type cabin door, and the side doors are push-pull type cabin doors. The ship lifesaving device capable of being automatically released is safe, reliable and convenient to use, the lifeboat is guaranteed to be definitely securely fixed to a ship, and the lifeboat can quickly and simply leave the ship in distress during emergencies, so that the efficiency of escape is increased.
