Provided are a torque distribution method and apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring the current battery temperature of a high-voltage battery operating in a low-temperature environment and a driver demand torque (S101); determining target charging and discharging power of the high-voltage battery at the current battery temperature according to the current battery temperature and the battery charge capacity of the high-voltage battery (S102); determining, according to the target charging and discharging power and the actual power of a drive motor, generated power required by a range extender system (S103); and determining a target engine speed and a target engine torque of an engine and a target generator speed and a target generator torque of a generator according to the generated power and an optimal efficiency curve of the range extender system (S104). According to the method, the generated power can be adjusted along with the temperature, so that the battery does not need to work near the power limit for a long time, the safety of the high-voltage battery is improved, and the drivability can be improved. Moreover, the torque of the engine can be kept accurate in a low-temperature environment, thereby guaranteeing the accuracy of the charging power.
