The method comprises the steps of judging whether a vehicle meets a sudden acceleration working condition or not according to information of the vehicle; under the condition that the vehicle meets the rapid acceleration working condition, according to the gas flow characteristic coefficient and the engine request torque self-learning updating coefficient, an engine request torque adjusting coefficient is calibrated under the condition that the engine torque response precision is met; wherein the calibration condition of the engine request torque adjustment coefficient comprises the atmospheric pressure, the driving electric power corresponding to the driver request torque and the difference between the target residual electric quantity of the power battery and the actual residual electric quantity of the power battery; according to the engine gas path torque self-learning updating coefficient, the engine request torque self-learning updating coefficient is updated; and according to the original engine request torque, the engine request torque adjustment coefficient, the gas flow characteristic coefficient and the engine request torque self-learning updating coefficient, the final engine request torque is determined.
