A vehicle energy recovery torque distribution method, comprising: obtaining an actual yaw rate of a vehicle in a traveling process; and determining a first distribution parameter of front and rear axle torque according to the actual yaw rate, the first distribution parameter being a stability distribution parameter of the front and rear axle torque of the vehicle. According to the distribution method, the stability of the vehicle can be improved on the basis of ensuring energy recovery economy of the vehicle. Also disclosed is a vehicle energy recovery torque distribution apparatus.
