Construction features of vessel and her machinery; main propelling machinery consists of twin sets of M.A.N. compressorless 4-stroke, 8-cylinder engines of cylinder diam. 275 mm., and stroke 420 mm.; each engine normally develops 380 b.hp. at 320 r.p.m., and can be overloaded to 460 b.hp. at 340 r.p.m.
