Port competitiveness evaluation is a comprehensive system restricted by various factors. This paper selects the port competitiveness evaluation index and determines the evaluation index system according to its influencing factors and competitiveness characteristics. In view of the problem of port competitiveness evaluation methods, the paper puts forward a feasible port competitiveness evaluation method based on entropy-weight fuzzy analysis with strong operability and gives a numerical example by using this method. The results showed that it matches with the actual situation.
