To provide a tire wear sensor capable of measuring a wear degree of a tire tread without embedding, in the tire tread, a magnetic body, the cause of attracting an iron nail, etc., to a tread surface.SOLUTION: A tire wear sensor 1 disposed on an inside 21 of a tire 2 for detecting a wear degree of the tire 2 based on a change in magnetism, includes a magnet 11 disposed on the inside 21 of the tire 2, and a magnetic sensor 12 disposed closer to the rotation center O of the tire 2 than the magnet 11 and capable of detecting magnetism generated by the magnet 11. When a detection object part 24 of a tread 23 of the tire 2 comes into contact with the magnetic body 3 located on an outside 22 of the tire 2, the tire wear sensor 1 causes the magnetic sensor 12 to detect the magnetism generated by the magnet 11 so as to measure the wear degree of the tire 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
