To provide a tire wear degree determination device, a tire wear degree determination method and a program capable of determining a wear degree of a tire which is provided on a vehicle, even when the vehicle is traveling.SOLUTION: A detection part 50 detects existence of a vehicle in a prescribed photographic range. A photographic image acquisition part 54 acquires an image in which a tread face of a tire provided on the vehicle is projected, the image being photographed according to detection of the vehicle.
