To provide a tire wear degree identification device, a tire wear degree identification method, and a program capable of stably identifying a wear degree of a tire regardless of an usage state.SOLUTION: A side image acquisition section 60 acquires a side image that is an image in which a side of a tire is captured. A tread surface image acquisition section 66 acquires a tread surface image that is a depth image or a three-dimensional image in which a tread surface of the tire is captured. A tread surface focused area identification section 68 identifies a tread surface slip sign and a belt-like tread surface focused area in which a surface of the tread surface is captured in the tread surface image on the basis of a position of a side slip sign which is captured in the side image. A wear degree identification section 74 identifies a wear degree of the tire on the basis of a distance from a photographing position of the tread surface image to a surface of tread surface slip sign and a distance from the photographing position to the surface of the tread surface which are indicated in the tread surface focused area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
