To provide an optimization computation device of an automatic driving plan which can shorten computation time of an optimization problem.SOLUTION: An optimization computation device of an automatic driving plan comprises a processor. The processor sets an evaluation function to a control command value of a power source, and excludes restrictions to the control command value of the power source which can be determined that there is no possibility of confliction from the evaluation function to compute an optimization problem on the basis of past travel data of self and other vehicles accumulated in a server connected via a network, or an analysis result of the driving plan by the server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
