To minimize delays in arriving at (or passing through) the next station within a set range of a temporary speed limit when the temporary speed limit is set.SOLUTION: A travel plan calculation device of an embodiment comprises: a travel plan calculation range determination unit for determining a range between stations where a temporary speed limit is set beyond the next station at a current location of a train as a travel plan calculation range; a target travel time calculation unit for determining a target travel time between stations being within the travel plan calculation range on the basis of operation information; a temporary plan calculation unit for calculating a fastest travel plan to travel between the stations in the travel plan calculation range in the shortest time under predetermined conditions as a temporary plan; and a temporary plan acceptance/rejection determination unit for comparing the target travel time with the target travel time corresponding to the temporary plan to determine the acceptance/rejection of the temporary plan. The target travel time calculation unit calculates an excess time in which the target travel time corresponding to the temporary plan exceeds the target travel time determined on the basis of the operation information, and subtracts at least a part of the excess time from a predetermined travel time between stations before the stations to make it as the target travel time between the stations before the stations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】臨時速度制限が設定される場合に、臨時速度制限の設定範囲の次の駅への到着(または駅の通過)の遅れを最小限とする。【解決手段】実施形態の走行計画算出装置は、列車の現在地における次駅より先の臨時速度制限の設定される駅間を走行計画算出範囲として決定する走行計画算出範囲決定部と、走行計画算出範囲とした駅間の目標走行時間を運行情報に基づいて決定する目標走行時間算出部と、走行計画算出範囲の駅間を所定の条件の下で最短の時間で走行するための最速走行計画を仮計画として算出する仮計画算出部と、目標走行時間と仮計画に対応する目標走行時間と、を比較して仮計画の採否を判定する仮計画採否判定部と、を備え、目標走行時間算出部は、仮計画に対応する目標走行時間が運行情報に基づいて決定された目標走行時間を超過する超過時間を算出し、当該駅間より手前の駅間の所定の走行時間から超過時間の少なくとも一部を減じて手前の駅間での目標走行時間とする。【選択図】図2
