To calculate a new travel plan speedily without deteriorating travel time accuracy even when replanning is performed during traveling in a case that large allowances are included in a prescribed travel time.SOLUTION: A travel plan calculation device comprises: a coasting starting point adjustment part for adjusting a coasting starting point based on route information, vehicle information, a planned speed limit and a provisional plan; a provisional plan calculation part for calculating a provisional plan based on route information, vehicle information, planned speed limit and the adjusted coasting starting point; and a provisional plan adoption/rejection determination part for determining adoption/rejection of the provisional plan, by comparing a target travel time with a travel time of the provisional plan. The coasting starting point adjustment part repeats adjustment of the coasting starting point to a boundary of an adjustable range after expanding the adjustable range of the coasting starting point while the travel time of the provisional plan is shorter than the target travel time based on a calculation result or determination result of a target travel time calculation part, the provisional plan calculation part and the provisional plan adoption/rejection determination part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】所定走行時間に含まれる余裕が大きいケースで走行時に再計画する場合でも、走行時間精度を悪化させることなく速やかに新しい走行計画を算出する。【解決手段】路線情報、車両情報、計画制限速度、仮計画に基づいて惰行開始点を調整する惰行開始点調整部と、路線情報、車両情報、計画制限速度、調整された前記惰行開始点に基づいて仮計画を算出する仮計画算出部と、目標走行時間と仮計画の走行時間を比較して仮計画の採否を判定する仮計画採否判定部と、を備え、惰行開始点調整部は、目標走行時間算出部、仮計画算出部、仮計画採否判定部の算出結果、判定結果に基づいて、仮計画の走行時間が目標走行時間を下回る間は、惰行開始点の調整可能範囲を拡張したうえで惰行開始点を調整可能範囲の境界まで調整することを繰り返す。【選択図】図2
