To provide a vehicular control device, a vehicle, a vehicular control method, and a vehicular control program, enabling suppression of cancellation of a turn signal at a timing not intended by a driver.SOLUTION: Constants (CNPR, CNPL, CPPCR, PNCPL, CNR, CNL) of conditions for transiting to each of the states of a cancel preparation off state, a cancel preparation state, and a cancel state are set in accordance with vehicle speed, thereby setting a threshold of a steering angle (pinion angle) for turning off a turn signal 36 to a steering angle that is larger at low speeds.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
