To provide an operation prediction device capable of highly accurately predicting a delay time of a train which is expected to occur in the future.SOLUTION: An operation prediction device 40 includes a delay type prediction unit 44 for determining a delay type which is expected to occur in the future in a train 10 by using operation data acquired from the train 10 and a first prediction model outputting a prediction result of a delay type, which is expected to occur in the future in the train 10 outputting the operation data and a delay time prediction unit 45 for outputting a delay time which is expected to occur in the future in the train 10 by using the operation data, a second prediction model generated for each delay type, to output the prediction result of the delay time which is expected to occur in the future in the train 10 outputting the operation data, and the delay type determined by the delay type prediction unit 44.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
