To quicken specification of a failure cause of an elevator to suppress long-time stoppage of the elevator and recurrence of the failure.SOLUTION: When a failure of an elevator 1 occurs, a similar past failure history group is extracted from stored failure history information and classification is performed by device causing failure according to the extracted failure history group to calculate a failure probability by the device causing failure. Weighting coefficients are calculated in time series based on the failure history information and maintenance history information of the elevator. A weighting coefficient of a failure occurrence date is extracted from the weighting coefficients calculated in the time series to correct the failure probability by using the weighting coefficient of the failure occurrence date.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】本発明は、昇降機の故障原因の特定を早め、昇降機が長時間停止、故障再発を抑制することを目的とする。【解決手段】昇降機1の故障発生時に、保存された故障履歴情報から類似する過去の故障履歴群を抽出し、抽出した前記故障履歴群から故障原因機器別に分類し、前記故障原因機器別に故障確率を算出する。前記故障履歴情報及び前記昇降機の保全履歴情報に基づいて時系列的に重み付け係数を算出し、時系列的に算出した前記重み付け係数から故障発生日の重み付け係数を抽出し、前記故障発生日の重み付け係数を用いて前記故障確率を補正する。【選択図】図2
