To estimate a failure causal device when an elevator fails more accurately than before.SOLUTION PART: A failure recovery support system includes: an operation data storage unit that stores elevator operation data; a maintenance history storage unit 220 that stores a maintenance history of the elevator; a failure status information acquisition unit 212 that acquires operation data of the elevator that issued error information; a similar failure history search unit 215 that searches the failure history similar to the elevator for which the failure status information acquisition unit has acquired the error information; and a probability correction processing unit 216 that corrects the failure occurrence probability of a failure causal device candidate searched by the similar failure history search unit on the basis of at least one of the operation data accumulated by the operation data storage unit and the maintenance history accumulated by the maintenance history storage unit. The probability correction processing unit 216 optimizes and notifies the failure history similar to the failure that has occurred with the probability corrected by the probability correction processing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
