To curb deterioration of fuel efficiency.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine cooling device comprises: a first radiator which cools coolant cooling an engine body of an internal combustion engine mounted with a supercharger; a first coolant flow passage which circulates the coolant between the engine body and the first radiator; an intercooler; a second radiator which cools the coolant passed through an intercooler; a second coolant flow passage which circulates the coolant between the intercooler and the second radiator; a first passage which is branched off from the first coolant flow passage and connected with the second coolant flow passage so as to allow a portion of the coolant used for cooling the engine body to merge into the coolant passed through the intercooler; a second passage which is branched off from the second coolant flow passage and connected with the first coolant flow passage so as to allow a portion of the coolant cooled by the second radiator to merge into the coolant passed through the first radiator; a first opening-closing valve which opens and closes the first passage; a second opening-closing valve which opens and closes the second passage; and a valve control section which opens the first opening-closing valve and the second opening-closing valve when a temperature of the coolant after cooling the engine body and before flowing into the first radiator is equal to or higher than a threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
