PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control attenuation force by precisely estimating a stroke speed even in a case where front tires and rear tires of different diameter are loaded.SOLUTION: A correction is made to reduce an off-set value that is superimposed by loading front tires and rear tires of different diameter among fluctuation components of a wheel speed calculated from a car body speed and the wheel speed. Based on the fluctuation component of the wheel speed that has been corrected, a stroke speed of an attenuation force variable shock absorber is detected. An attenuation force control is performed which suppresses change in behavior on a spring of a vehicle that is calculated, by skyhook control, based on the stroke speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】 前後異径タイヤを装着した場合であっても、精度よくストローク速度を推定し、減衰力を適切に制御すること。【解決手段】 車体速と車輪速から算出した車輪速の変動成分の内、前輪と後輪とで異なる径を有するタイヤを装着することで重畳されるオフセット値を低減する補正を行い、補正した車輪速の変動成分に基づいて減衰力可変ショックアブソーバのストローク速度を検出し、ストローク速度に基づいてスカイフック制御により演算した車両のばね上挙動の変化を抑制する減衰力制御を行う。【選択図】 図5
