PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attenuation force regulator capable of simply adjusting attenuation force with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A switch valve (6) includes: a needle valve (62G) disposed in an opening part (64C) of a center flow passage (64A) in which working oil flows, and configured to adjust attenuation force by adjusting an opening area of the opening part (64C); and an alternate mechanism (10), a pressing button part (62A) and a spring (66) configured to switch a position of the needle valve (62G) to any of two stages: a first position where the opening area is a first area; and a second position where the opening area is a second area smaller than the first area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
