PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate an attenuation force surely and with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A control valve part 60 includes: a valve seat member 50 having a valve seat formed radially outside of an opening on one end of a central flow passage 106 of an oil; a drive valve 61 provided movably in a direction approaching/separating from the valve seat; a plurality of pieces of valve bodies 72 provided between the valve seat and the drive valve 61, and having openings 77 in which the oil circulates; a solenoid actuator which moves the drive valve 61 in a direction approaching the valve seat, and which makes a gap flow passage between an inner peripheral part of the valve body 72 and the valve seat variable by elastically deforming the valve body 72 closest to the drive vale 61, out of the plurality of pieces of valve bodies 72, in the direction in which the inner peripheral part approaches the valve seat with respect to the outer peripheral part of the valve body 72; and a valve rotation restricting part 80 for restricting the relative rotation of the plurality of valve bodies 72 in the circumferential direction, in a state where the openings 77 of the plurality of valve bodies 72 are communicated with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
