PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pantograph abnormality detection device capable of highly accurately detecting even stepped abrasion of existing in a large electric car wire bias place by a small sensor number.SOLUTION: A device for detecting abnormality of a pantograph comprises a load measurement means (such as a strain sensor 61) for measuring a load applied to a curve pull-off metal fitting 45 for supporting a trolley wire T slidable with the pantograph P in the rail right-angled direction and filter means 72 for removing a high frequency vibrational component from the measured load, and also comprises abnormality determination means (a stepped abrasion determination part) 73 for determining that there is the possibility of abnormality in the pantograph when an absolute value of the load exceeds a predetermined threshold value after removing the high frequency vibrational component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】 少ないセンサ数で、大きな電車線偏位の箇所にある段付摩耗などについても高い精度で検知できるパンタグラフ異常検知装置を提供する。【解決手段】 パンタグラフの異常を検知する装置は、パンタグラフPとしゅう動するトロリ線Tをレール直角方向に支持する曲線引金具45にかかる荷重を測定する荷重測定手段(歪センサ61など)と、測定した荷重から高周波の振動成分を取り除くフィルタ手段72を備える。さらに、高周波振動成分を取り除いた後の荷重の絶対値が所定の閾値を超える場合に、前記パンタグラフに異常可能性有りと判定する異常判定手段(段付摩耗判定部)73を備える。【選択図】図1
