PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method which can more accurately detect states and severities of local wear and roughness of a slider of a pantograph.SOLUTION: A camera 43 and an image processing portion 45 photograph downward from above a trolley wire 11 to grasp lateral vibration of the trolley wire 11, and grasp a shape of a sliding surface 21a of a passing slider 21 of a pantograph. A slider local wear determining portion 51 determines whether or not local wear exists in the sliding surface 21a of the slider. Further, the trolley wire vibration determining portion 53 determines whether or not the lateral vibration of the trolley wire 21 exceeds a predetermined degree. With determination results by the slider local wear determining portion 51 and the trolley wire vibration determining portion 53, an overall determining portion 55 overall determines degrees of abnormality of the pantograph.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 パンタグラフ摺り板の局所摩耗や荒れの状態や深刻度をより的確に検出できる装置・方法を提供する。【解決手段】 カメラ43・画像処理部45は、トロリ線11の上方から下方を撮影して、トロリ線11の左右振動を把握するとともに、通過するパンタグラフ摺り板21の摺動面21aの形状を把握する。そして、摺り板局所摩耗判定部51は、摺り板摺動面21aに局所摩耗が存在するか否かを判定する。また、トロリ線振動判定部53は、トロリ線21の左右振動が所定程度を超えるか否かを判定する。摺り板局所摩耗判定部51とトロリ線振動判定部53の判定結果を受けて、総合判定部55はパンタグラフの異状の程度を総合判定する。【選択図】図1
