PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiautonomous travel vehicle designed so that, when an obstacle exists in a determined travel route, the travel route is changed and the vehicle movement is controlled so as to avoid the obstacle, and a driver regains the control of the vehicle after the possibility of an accident is reduced.SOLUTION: Provided is a semiautonomous travel vehicle for which the present route based on the present position and intended position are determined for the vehicle in response to an act received from the driver of the vehicle and a determined present route is traveled, the vehicle changing the present route in order to avoid an obstacle on the present route while maintaining the intended position and determining a changed route, and invalidating the act of the driver in order to control the movement of the vehicle in accordance with the determined changed route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】半自律走行車両であって、決定された走行経路上に障害物がある場合は、障害物を回避するように走行経路を変更して車両の動きを制御し、事故の恐れが小さくなった後に、運転者は車両の制御を取り戻すことができるようにする。【解決手段】車両の運転者から受信した行為に応答して、前記車両のために現在位置と目的位置に基づく現在経路を決定し、決定された前記現在経路を走行する半自律走行車両であって、前記現在経路上の障害物を回避するために前記目的位置を維持しながら前記現在経路を変更して変更経路を決定し、決定された前記変更経路に従って車両の動きを制御するために、前記運転者の前記行為を無効にする。【選択図】図3
