PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing angle detection method and a device of a crane capable of appropriately detecting a swing angle of a lifted load while minimizing time and effort and costs required for installation/removal and maintenance of equipment with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A crane comprises: motion 7 lifting down a lifted load 8 by ropes 16, 16', 20 and 20' and operating; and winch drums 15, 15', 19 and 19' driving the ropes and performing operation of the lifted load 8 and the motion 7. Sheave load detectors 25 are individually attached to a plurality of sheaves 17, 17', 21 and 21' equipped in the middle of the ropes, tension of the ropes is detected, an estimated swing angle is calculated from the tension, processing by a Kalman filter is performed with respect to the estimated swing angle, and a swing angle prediction value of the lifted load 8 is calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】簡単な構成で、機器の付け外しやメンテナンスにかかる手間やコストを最小限にしながら、吊り荷の振れ角を好適に検出し得るクレーンの振れ角検出方法及び装置を提供する。【解決手段】ロープ16,16'、20,20'により吊り荷8を吊り下げて動作するモーション7と、前記ロープを駆動して吊り荷8やモーション7の動作を行うウインチドラム15,15'、19,19'とを備えたクレーンに関し、前記ロープの途中に備えられた複数のシーブ17,17'、21,21に各々シーブ荷重検出器25を取り付けて前記ロープの張力を検出し、該張力から推定振れ角を算出し、該推定振れ角に対してカルマンフィルタによる処理を行って吊り荷8の振れ角予測値を算出する。【選択図】図3
