The invention discloses a sling swing angle detection device and a sling bridge crane. The detection device is used for detecting the swing angle state of a sling, and the sling is suspended through a lifting rope; the detection device comprises a supporting platform and a sliding platform, and the vertex angle positions of the supporting platform are each provided with a supporting piece; the bottom of each supporting piece is provided with a piezoresistive pressure sensitive element; the sliding platform is rectangular, first sliding blocks are arranged on the two long edges of the sliding platform separately, and second sliding blocks are arranged on the two wide edges of the sliding platform separately; the first sliding blocks and the second sliding blocks are further connected to the piezoresistive pressure sensitive elements through elastic assemblies; the lifting rope is swung to drive the first sliding blocks and/or the second sliding blocks to move, and the corresponding elastic assembly generates elastic force; and the elastic force is applied to the piezoresistive pressure sensitive element, and therefore the resistance value of the piezoresistive pressure sensitive element is changed.
