The invention provides a bridge crane sling swing angle detection device based on a grating, comprising a camera obscura, and a light swing frame, a point light source, a first convex lens, a plane reflector, a grating assembly, a second convex lens, and a photosensitive diode PN junction array which are accommodated in the camera obscura. The light swing frame is fixed on a lifting rope; the light swing frame is fixedly connected with the plane reflector; the lifting rope swings to drive the plane reflector to swing at equal angles; light emitted by the point light source is converted into parallel light after penetrating through the first convex lens, the parallel light is diffracted after being reflected by the plane reflector and then converged to the photosensitive diode PN junction array through the second convex lens; and a signal processing device is connected with the photosensitive diode PN junction array and used for detecting the relative position change and the bright stripe series of a diffraction pattern according to an electric signal and obtaining the swing direction and the swing angle of the lifting rope through the relative position change and bright stripe series. The detection device is arranged on a bridge crane trolley and is fixed with the lifting rope, so that the swing angle and the swing direction of a bridge crane lifting appliance can be accurately detected.

    本发明提供了一种基于光栅的桥吊吊具摆角检测装置,包括暗箱以及容置其内的轻质摆架、点光源、第一凸透镜、平面反光镜、光栅组件、第二凸透镜和光敏二极管PN结阵列;吊绳上固定有轻质摆架,轻质摆架与平面反光镜固定连接,吊绳摆动带动平面反光镜等角度摆动;点光源发出的光线透过第一凸透镜后转变成平行光,经平面反光镜反射后透过光栅组件发生衍射,又通过第二凸透镜汇聚到光敏二极管PN结阵列上;信号处理装置连接光敏二极管PN结阵列用于根据电信号检测衍射图样的相对位置变化和明条纹级数,并通过相对位置变化和明条纹级数得出吊绳的摆动方向和摆动角度。该检测装置设置在桥吊吊车上并与吊绳固定即可准确测出桥吊吊具的摆动角度和摆动方向。
